This is the 3rd book of the Tools for Lightworkers series and I am so honored to offer this book to you! Over the years I have been asked by many clients, students and apprentices to provide more information and instruction on these two vital areas of energy healing.
Understanding who we are, what time we live in, and what gifts we have built-in all form an essential backdrop to everything we do as energy healers. These understandings are also important for the design and potency of both Prayers of Intent and Guided Visualizations.
Without this foundation in place, or, at least re-examined, you will be dancing between worlds, spiraling through faith and hope that your work is true – and anxiety and doubt that your work is illusionary.
In Prayers of Intent and Guided Visualizations do we open quantum portals and enter multidimensional space? Yes.
Do you need to believe that you are able to open portals and enter multidimensional space? No.
Like a placebo effect, belief can help but it is not necessary.
Is it easier, more authentic, and humbling-yet-exhilarating if you clear up knotty spaces inside yourself and then step forward to do this work? Yes! Definitely.
Personal, direct experience is the better teacher and verifier than belief alone.

Dialogue with Spirit
(Tools for Lightworkers - Book 4) Paperback
This is the 4th book of the Tools for Lightworker series. There are so many ways to connect within and to gain access to a universe of inspiration, devotion, wisdom and knowledge available for us to access. And communicating through writing is one important way.
The Voice
As you work with other Beings of Love and Light, you will notice that there are different communication styles. There is a difference in vocabulary, sentence structure, and a sense of a Voice behind the communication. You will frequently get a name and sometimes a lineage of those who are speaking with you.
This varying style of communication helps you discern more easily that it is not ‘you’ imagining or faking it. Although Spirit will use your vocabulary and language, you will notice that the patterns used are not the ones that you would ever choose to say or write.
Each Being has a unique Voice and you will be able o discern this more easily with more frequent writing sessions. Fine tune your channel reception to get higher frequency information.
For example, when I was concerned about a relative who was not feeling well I journaled,
“Trust in the process. Know that All is Well and that we are eternal beings of Love and Light. Hold her in the light and allow her destiny path to shine forth.”
Asking about this relative during Soul Dialoguing I received,
“It is an alignment with Soul Contracts for many to depart the Earth plane. And so it is – so it will be. We honor the play/drama as it moves relentlessly forward bridging heaven and earth, birthing heaven on earth. As you know, birthing can be long and tedious with no end in sight, although everyone expects a miraculous joyous entry of Spirit.”
“What we say is to see your loved one in truth as she already exists, healed of all afflictions, dragons, dramas. See her happy not tormented by inner and outer demons. She is a Divine Being who has come to show many the strength of Love, Motherly Wisdom, Patience, Grit. And show many she is doing. Her Soul has contracted for this experience. She is held in the bosom of The Lady’s Grace and she is protected and safe. The erosion of time and intent can move the topography of her life – and of her/your family’s lives on to other planes not available before this incident.”
As you can see, the feelings and the tone of the message from Spirit is uniquely different than something I would journal for myself. Practice writing with Spirit and continue to go higher, fine tuning your channeling ability to receive the highest level of messages you can reach for.

Am I a Lightworker?
If you are reading these words – trust that you are!
My intent through all the years of Arise is to work with those who feel guided to work with me. If you are interested, know that I only work with ‘Souls in Service’. These are souls who incarnate with a higher purpose and a higher ‘vibratory signature’.
Perhaps you always knew that things were not right in our society, school, work, our environment, or, maybe, in your family. You knew, on a deep level, the importance of being kind and compassionate. Perhaps you wished you were born elsewhere, or maybe not even born at all. Most Lightworkers are very sensiDve and feel the harsher and more toxic environments we live in to be daunDng.
Nevertheless, this is our conscious soul choice to be here and to shine light so that there may continue an evolution of consciousness. We are part of the story. We are moving the edge of consciousness forward. Trust in yourself and in your destiny path! Most importantly, Lightworkers intend to be grateful for every moment and to live in joy!

Lightworker Manual Overview
There are 3 main parts to the Lightworker Orientation & Training Manual. Each area engages you with a series of open-ended questions and reflections. There are summary areas at the end of each chapter and the end of the section.
Within all the sections, there are multiple spaces for note taking, reflections, coloring, doodling, and giving the manual your own personal journalistic, artistic and hearfelt touches.
Below is a quick glance at the four major areas.
Part 1: Energy Matters
The first section provides light monitoring of your personal energy management system, including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual/energetic components. Additional areas cover energy anatomy (aura, chakras, intuition and higher gifts) and energy systems, or a look at various engines that drive incarnation from energy into matter.
Part 2: Energy Training
This second part details a number of energy tools which will be covered extensively in our group meetings. Some tools are more general and can easily be used by all. Others are more specific and require your discernment about use.
There is space provided for reflections on the attunements, and class notes. Summaries of preparing for, conducting, clearing and ending a healing session are provided with quick check-lists provided.
Part 3: Holding a Mandalic Consciousness: Reflections & Feedback
Part 3 invites you to reflect upon the various ways you are interacting in the Apprenticeship. Each component is an integral part of the whole of your Mandalic Consciousness. Patterns in one area might easily be found again in other areas of your life. These repeating patterns are known as ‘fractals’. As we take responsibility and heal our wounded fractal patterns, our consciousness enlightens.
There are multiple worksheets within this area including reflections and feedback on 30 client/healing sessions and feedback from partnering and sending Reiki throughout the year.
There are also worksheets for you to reflect upon including our monthly group apprentice sessions, monthly personal sessions, intuition partnering, Lightworker group sending sessions, energy boosts and seasonal intents.
Reiki and the Global Lightworker Grid

Reiki is … a healing touch although there does not need to be a physical touch involved. Quite often Reiki ‘feels’ like a warm nurturing hug for you from Spirit. You might feel warmth from a Reiki healer’s touch. You might also feel energy moving around you and within you as a Reiki healer moves their hands over your body. You might feel pulsing and relaxation. Relief from pain. Clarity from confusion. Connection from isolation.
Reiki is … a sense of being embraced – into more of who you really are. You can also feel an embrace by Beings of Love and Light if you are open to that encounter. You can also feel the intimacy of a loved one of yours who has crossed over. Many encounters can occur in a Reiki session.
Reiki is … a gift for us, to us, from us, from across time and space. With Reiki 2 we are able to cross barriers of space and time and send healings to ourselves. We can send back to ourselves as young children. We can send forward to ourselves for a future date. We become time travelers with this gift.
Reiki is … an ancient system that has been reclaimed and revitalized from the mists of myths. If you are familiar with energy healing engines and techniques, you might understand that Reiki is an energy tool, a unique, subtle and powerful one. It seems new, but it is built on time honored methods taught by healing masters.
The River of Reiki
I envision Reiki as an organically flowing river of healing, connection, and higher consciousness.
Each river is unique, yet each begins at the river source. In Reiki, ‘Source’ or universal life force is encapsulated in the first part of the name, Reiki. ‘Rei’ is traditionally translated as Universal Life Force Energy – that which is keeping us alive. Intelligently guided. Omnipresent.
In the course of a river’s travels, tributaries or smaller water channels merge into the main flow. Healthy rivers often meander back and forth in a loop, which adds to the river’s nutrients and its unique signature style. This is encapsulated in the second part of the name Reiki. Our ‘ki’ is translated as our personal energy field, our uniqueness.
Perhaps the river encounters some rocky, debris filled area, or a steep waterfall. Perhaps the river gets caught in swirling eddies until it straightens out and moves forward, strongly, once again. This, too, has happened with Reiki as it left Japan and began traveling around the world in the last few decades. You’ll find more of this information in the history of Reiki.
Rivers bring life to their surrounding areas and to all those who depend upon its waters, until it flows to its destination point – merging back into a large body of water, an ocean, and the eternal water cycle.
The Reiki River deposits life-giving nutrients in our lives. We get to join in this river-of-healing-light as it travels throughout the entire world. When I first received the Attunement to be a Reiki practitioner, in the early 1990’s, almost no one had heard of Reiki. In the few decades since then, with perhaps a million worldwide, Reiki has become known and is practiced globally as an alternative method of healing, balance and empowerment. It brings life and healing to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. It goes where it is needed.
Unique in its journey, the tributaries or strands which are woven into this healing practice have meandered through myth, legend, and misinformation. However, this does not take away from its potency or its allure. Reiki, as it has evolved today, is a unique and subtly powerful system of healing and energy work.

Even if it is messy, complicated, ugly, confusing, overwhelming – it is still a masterpiece because a master energy is working the clay of their life into something of beauty, as best they can. Each of our lives is a fractal of the whole. What we do matters to the whole of life on our wonderful home planet.

How this Book is Organized
Part 1: The basic Reiki Master Manual is included in Part 1. This covers information about mastery as well as the 3 Master Symbols. A page for your Reiki Master Attunement and reflections is included. Giving sessions and getting feedback is vital to your growth and integration of Reiki, and therefore I have included 12 short areas to capture your first few sessions of Reiki as a Master. I encourage you to document all your sessions.
Part 2: Giving an Attunement is the hallmark of Reiki Master. Even if you never give an attunement in your life to another person, you must understand the procedure and perform one Reiki 1 attunement, one Reiki 2 attunement, and one Reiki Master attunement in order to be certified. Specific instructions and photos are included here.
Part 3: Teaching Reiki Classes is another important part of your Reiki Mastery. Again, you might not want to teach Reiki to others – but don’t be astonished if the Universe has some surprises for you! Never say never. Detailed information about teaching each class is included and a complete Reiki 1 Manual and Reiki 2 Manual is offered in Book 7 of my Tools for Lightworkers Series: Reiki and the Global Lightworker Grid. I also include class registration forms, and sample certificates for each class in the Appendices. You will gain more confidence as you step forward. The Guides will guide you!

Language of Light Codes
(Tools for Lightworkers - Book 9) Paperback
We are vibrational beings. Everything around us is vibrating, singing its song, sounding its tone. There is much for us to understand about this reality and we are just beginning (again) after hundreds of years of filtered mindsets which have kept us deaf to this resounding Song of Creation. Here we begin to listen to two foundational melodies:
– the first is for healing and
– the second is for enLightenment.
The first of these Light Codes is Melodies of the Healing Ocean, a quartet of Light Codes which aid us in healing ourselves and others so that we can move forward confidently, compassionately, upon our highest destiny paths. Healing occurs on all levels, physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual. There are 16 energy glyphs in the healing symphony.
Émaner in High Valence is a second quartet of Light Codes which are designed for advancing yourself into higher octaves of love, light and mastery. Each Light Code is both an attribute and a tool for enLightenment. We have read how many before us have walked to mountaintops and sat for eons working towards inner mastery, EnLightenment.
In this time of Shift energies, that passage or portal is now more easily accessible!
Melodies of the Healing Ocean
There are 4 major ‘movements’ in this symphony. These symbols can easily be sung, chanted or drawn silently for healing work. They are:
Chapter 2: Christed Light series sings heartfelt songs of Unconditional Love. There is harmony within the first series and in each symbol we can access higher octaves of love and light in the form of Beloved Beings of Jesus, Mary, and the Magdalene.
Chapter 3: Compassionate Light series brings tears to our eyes with the songs of Merciful Tendrils. The four Light Codes within this 2nd series align and balance mercy and compassion with laughter and comfort. We also connect with Gaia, Quan Yin, Buddha, and Angelic energies.
Chapter 4: Family of Light offers us songs and visions of Universal Connections, the coherence of our personal and familial loves, and our repeating patterns. There are Inner Child meetings, greetings, and healings, ancestral and descendant energy clearings in this 3rd series.
Chapter 5: Heart Light, the final series in this symphony, offers us four integrative heart Light Codes in the songlist of Everlasting Peace. These Light Codes bring us immediate access to heart peace, mental and emotional peace and heart based knowledge.
Chapter 6: Master Symbol, Serami Amor, Serami Ador, the Sacred Heart energies of the Bleeding Heart and the Beating Heart.
Émaner in High Valence
There are 4 ‘movements’ and these invite us to work with empowering, enlightening codes. These symbols are offered for your personal meditations and, when appropriate, with clients.
Chapter 7: Abundant Light series sings us tones of Plenitude. There is balance within the first series between infinite abundance on all levels and releasing fear on all levels – within our personal sphere, globally, and temporally.
Chapter 8: Coded Light series sings to us of Quantumness. Here the harmony of two attributes (radiance and gratitude) blend with DNA work to repair and rejuvenate, a second symbol for DNA to activate and ascend. Work with the Lady of Light in the Crystalline Chamber to activate and quicken your templates!
Chapter 9: EnLightenment moves us up octaves in our understandings. Like hymns we open to realms of the Soul: soul contracts, soul abode, soul path, and soul-in-service. We look in the True Mirror! We are Incarnated Divinity!
Chapter 10: Light Body, the final series offers us four reflections of our Inner Light Temple in the songlist of Luminescence.
Chapter 11: Master Symbol, Serami Amor, Serami Ador, the Sacred Heart energies of the Blazing Heart and the Beaming Heart.
The final section brings this healing arts method together.
Chapter 12: Conductor, Conduct! Enjoy your role as the Conductor of the Celestial Orchestra of vibrational light and sound scapes. Design your personal playlist. Become attuned to these energy glyphs for more increased activations.
